It is not possible to use the internal microphones of the Prowise Touchscreen when using an external computer. As the microphones are only connected to the internal equipment, this is unfortunately not technically possible.
The internal microphones can be used in the Prowise Central environment and when you make use of the optional OPS PC module. If you wish to use microphone sound with an external computer, we recommend connecting a separate microphone to this PC; this way it is possible.
