Has the blank screen mode been activated? The Prowise Touchscreen can be activated by touching the screen.
This button 
on the remote control can be set to function as the pause button or as black screen button. The function of this button can be changed in the settings menu of Prowise Central: Settings/General/Remote control
Note: You can choose one of these two options for your remote control.
