How do I clear my NFC card?

In case you want to reprogram an NFC card, it has to be cleared first. You can clear the NFC card as follows.

  1. Go to 'settings' in the Central menu. Click on NFC and select 'Clear NFC card'.

  2. In case the NFC card is not placed in front of the reader correctly, the following notification will appear.
  3. To reprogram the card, carry out the steps under 'Programming an NFC card'.

    Caution! After the NFC card has been programmed on a ProLine touchscreen, it can no longer be used on a ProLine+ or Prowise Touchscreen.
