When starting up the Prowise touchscreen for the first time, it is necessary to establish an internet connection. This way, the most recent updates can be installed on your screen directly and your screen continues to work smoothly.
You can establish a WiFi connection as well as a connection through a UTP cable, as highlighted in the start-up procedure. If you are establishing a wired connection, make sure that the UTP cable is connected with the network port of the screen (not the network port of the PC module).
