When using the Presenter 10 app within Central on TSx G1 screens, the following issues may occur:
- Green lines on the screen
- Screen freezing
These problems mainly occur when multiple apps are active and/or multiple slides or lessons are open simultaneously in the Presenter 10 app.
Unfortunately, there is no structural solution available for this. This issue is caused by limitations of the older hardware of the TSx G1 screens.
We therefore recommend using Presenter under Windows via the PC module for the best performance and stability.
