Which version of Windows is installed on my PC?

If you experience problems with the PC module, it may be due to the fact that Windows 10 is not up to date. This document explains how you can check which version of Windows has been installed on your PC.

You can check the Windows version as follows:

  1. Navigate to the start button.
  2. Click Settings > System and then About.
  3. Under Device specifications, you can see whether you are using a 32-bit or a 64-bit version of Windows.

Under Windows specifications, you can see which edition and version of Windows runs on your device.
