The Prowise browser is based on the mobile version of the Brave browser. As a result, some websites, such as Gynzy and digital whiteboards, open in their mobile version, meaning that not all features work or the website cannot be loaded at all.
You can resolve this by selecting ‘Desktop site’ in the Prowise browser settings.
- Open the Prowise browser settings by clicking on the three dots in the top right-hand corner.
- Scroll down and click on ‘Settings’
- In the settings, click on ‘Site settings’ under the ‘General’ heading.
- Scroll down and click on ‘Desktop site’ under the ‘Content’ heading
- Enable the ‘Desktop site’ option and close the settings by clicking on the cross.
