When using a DisplayLink docking station it can occur that there is no image on the screen and that the touch isn't transferred to the connected device. For this you can set the EDID in the Service/Distributor Menu to 1.4 or to a better matching value.
Extra information: DisplayLink is the technology that makes it possible to transfer Audio/Video and Touch via USB 3.0, it is possible that extra driver software is needed to get it working on a device.
