Follow the steps below to lock your screen.
Go to Settings > General > Security
Activate Lock screen.
If the screen is registered in Screen Control, you must activate this option at admin.prowise.com
You will then be asked to enter a code.
Once you have entered the code, you will need to confirm it a second time.
After you have created the code, the security screen will be expanded with options for NFC and/or locking via a USB key.
You can choose the lock screen from the following options:
Colors: The screen will display certain colors when it is locked.
Wallpapers: A slideshow of the available backgrounds.
Energy Saver: Black screen.
In Timer Mode, you can use a switch to set whether you want to lock or turn off the screen after a certain amount of time. The screen will recognize the last touch as activity and, based on your selection, turn off or lock the screen after a certain amount of time.
If you select OFF, the screen will not automatically turn off or lock.
Setting up an NFC card:
Click on Add NFC Card
Place your NFC card against the bottom right corner of the screen
The NFC card is now registered on the device.
* If the NFC card is not recognized the first time, repeat the steps above.
Set up USB stick:
Activate the setting ‘Unlock screen with USB key (BETA)’
Connect the desired USB stick to the screen.
