In the event that the remote control stops working, you can carry out the following steps.
- Test the remote control on another Prowise screen. All remote controls are interchangeable for general functionalities.
- Check whether the batteries are placed correctly: check the polarity (+ and -) of the batteries.
- If you are unsure about whether the batteries need to be swapped, replace them out of precaution.
