Presenter freezes

Unfortunately, it can happen that Presenter crashes.

One possible solution is to delete website data:

  1. Click on the three dots at the top right of Chrome browser.
  2. Click on 'More utilities'.
  3. Click on 'Developer tools'.
  4. Click 'Application' (in grey bar.
  5. Click on 'Storage' (under grey bar).
  6. Click 'Clear site data' and check the box for 'Including third party apps'

If the above does not work or the 'Developer tools.' are not available, you can reset Chrome browser.

  1. Click on the three dots at the top right of Chrome browser.
  2. Choose 'Settings' here
  3. On the left side, click on 'Reset settings'.
  4. Click on the 'Reset settings to original defaults' line.
  5. Press the 'Reset settings' button.
  6. After this, restart the computer
