Since August, Bing is no longer supported, which has changed the way images are searched for. In Presenter, you will now find AI-generated images. The text under an image is the prompt that was used to create it. These prompts are usually in English, which is why you sometimes see English words.
Fortunately, the example image itself immediately shows you which image you can use, so you don't need to pay attention to the English text.
Are you getting few results for a search term? This may be because the images are based on the most searched queries from the recent period. If your word hasn't been searched for much during that time, there will be fewer results available.
