'Oops your session was lost somehow'

After last weekend's update, you could get the message ‘Oops your session was lost Somehow’.
Today, we installed an update that should solve this problem.
If you still get this message, we would like to receive the following information:
1. Session history: why did you get this message, did you log out elsewhere or did you do nothing for a long time (e.g. device was in sleep mode)?
2. Which browser (version) was used?
3. With which user did this happen (type: teacher, student)?

Other possible relevant circumstances.
So the notification is not necessarily unexpected, it can occur, but session restore should work if you choose to do so.
