Since August, Bing is no longer supported, which has changed the way you search for images. In Presenter, you now find AI-generated images. The text under an image is the prompt used to create it. These prompts are usually in English, which is why you sometimes see English words.
Fortunately, the preview image itself immediately shows you what picture you can use, so you don’t need to focus on the English text.
Getting few results for a search term? This may be because the images are based on the most popular search queries from the recent period. If there have been few searches for your word in that time, fewer results will be available.
