Before the Prowise Touchscreen Max becomes visible in Prowise Screen Control (admin.prowise.com), the screen must be registered. This must be done separately for each screen via the Settings menu in Prowise Central on the screen itself.
Follow the steps below to register a Prowise Touchscreen Max for Prowise Screen Control.
- Open the menu
Tap the three lines on the left or right side of the screen. You can also place five fingers on the screen at the same time to make the menu appear.
- Go to the settings
Press ‘Settings’ and choose the ‘About’ option in this menu.
- Log in with your Prowise Account
Tap ‘Prowise Screen Control’ and log in with your Prowise Account. Please note: only an IT administrator has the rights to add a screen.
- Confirm the registration
As soon as you are logged in, the option to register the screen will appear. Press ‘Confirm’ to complete the registration.
Restart the Prowise Touchscreen Max afterwards. The screen immediately retrieves the default configurations set up for your school. From that moment on, you can manage all settings centrally and efficiently via the Prowise Screen Control dashboard (admin.prowise.com).
