Currently, the YouTube and/or Google Earth app may not work after the screen is rebooted. We are still investigating this problem
For now, we have a temporary solution:
- Open the Prowise App store.
- Search 'Google Drive' and install the app.
- Open Google Drive.
- Restart the screen.
- Uninstall Google Drive if necessary.
- YouTube and Google Earth should now work normally again.
For the TSX G2 and TSone G2, this issue has been resolved in Central 5
For the PWT, you can install the 'YouTube (webapp)' app from the Prowise App Store.
As of Central 6, it has been fixed for all screens.
