I'm having trouble loading lessons, what can I do?
My lesson does not open fully; it gets stuck at a specific loading percentage each time. If the loading percentage is always the same, there is probably a component in the lesson that is blocking the loading process. We suggest that you share the link of the lesson with us so that we can investigate further. To do this, locate the lesson in the Presenter file manager, click on the three dots in the top right hand corner and click on file information. Here you can click on 'Share'. You will now see the screen where you can enter firstname.lastname@example.org or copy and paste the share link into an email.
My lesson sometimes opens fully and sometimes does not. This can happen when, for example, the internet connection is not stable or when you are using different devices with different memory capacities. In this case the lesson does not contain any blocking components." and unfortunately they have to be adjusted manually to the desired position. Hopefully this will not affect your lessons too much.
