To add your own images or sounds to your Presenter file, simply drag them from your desktop (or other folder) into Presenter using the drag and drop feature.
Select the files from your computer, drag them into your file and drop. The following file types are supported: jpeg, jpg, png, mp3 and wav. You will find these images and sounds in 'My images'/'My sounds'.
In the media library, in the folder 'Pictures - My Pictures', you will find a button for uploading pictures. Drag the images here or click on the button to open your explorer/finder and select the desired images.
