Not getting any sound from your Chromebook? Please check the following points:
- Check the sound (for example, by turning on ChromeVox with ctrl-alt-z).
- Check if the sound is turned off or on a low volume with the volume buttons.
- Check if there is a (possibly broken) jack plug in the headphone port.
If the problem is not resolved, we recommend that you contact the service desk.
