This article explains how to install a Prowise Touchscreen Ten G4 touchscreen and enrol it in Prowise Screen Control using an enrolment token.
If firmware 1.0.351 is already installed, you can reset the screen and continue from step 7.

Download Central 7.3 (firmware 1.2.5) via WeTransfer:

- Make sure that the screen is on standby (red LED).

Connect the USB stick to the USB 2.0 port on the left-hand side (bottom) of the screen:

Turn on the screen by pressing the power button and keep it pressed until the upgrade screen is visible (approximately 20 seconds)

After the update has been installed, the screen will restart and the hardware will be updated:

After the hardware update pop-up has disappeared, you can select the language. To do this, click on 'English (United States)'. You can now select the desired language and then the location:

After selecting the language, press 'Start' to continue with the setup:

Click on the Wi-Fi network to connect to the network:

Click on the keyboard icon on the left to open the on-screen keyboard so that the Wi-Fi password can be entered. Click 'Connect' after entering the password.

On the 'Copy apps and data' screen, click 'Don't copy'

Enter ‘afw#setup’ under ‘Email address or phone number’ and click Next.

Enter the token generated in Screen Control and press Next.

Click More to view all services and disable them as desired.

Click Accept to complete the enrolment.

The device will now register with Screen Control, download the assigned policies and apply the management configuration. This process may take several minutes.
