This article explains how to install a Prowise Touchscreen Ten G4 touchscreen and enrol it in Prowise Screen Control using a registration token.
If firmware 1.0.351 is already installed, you can reset the screen and continue at step 7.

Download Central 7.1 (firmware 1.0.351) via WeTransfer:

- Make sure the screen is in standby (red LED).

Connect the USB stick to the USB 2.0 port on the left side (back) of the screen:

Turn on the screen by pressing and holding the power button until the upgrade screen appears (± 20 seconds)

After the update is installed, the screen will restart and the hardware will be updated:

Once the hardware update popup disappears, you can select the language. Click on 'English (United States)' to do so. You can then select the desired language and afterwards the location:

After selecting the language, press 'Start' to continue with the setup:

Click on the WiFi network to connect to the network:

Click the keyboard icon on the left to open the on-screen keyboard so the WiFi password can be entered. Click 'Connect' after entering the password.

In the 'Apps and data copy' screen, click 'Don't copy'

Enter ‘afw#setup’ in the ‘Email address or phone number’ field and click next.

Enter the token generated in Screen Control and press Next.

Click More to see all services and disable them if desired.

Click Accept to complete the registration.

The device will now register with Screen Control, download the assigned policies and apply the management configuration. This process may take a few minutes.
