When attempting to register the Prowise Touchscreen Ten G4 in Prowise Screen Control, you may encounter the following error message:

Description: Device serial not recognised.
This occurs because it is not yet possible to register the Prowise Touchscreen Ten G4 in Screen Control.
Support for enrolling this model is expected to become available from Q1 2026.
Until then, this error message is normal and no additional action is required.
