What to do if there is no sound from the Prowise Touchscreen Max?

Can’t hear anything from the screen? Follow these quick checks to fix it.

 

  1. Check the volume

    • Press Volume Up on the screen or remote.
    • Make sure the screen is not muted (look for 🔇 in the volume indicator).

     

  2. Verify sound settings
    • Go to Settings → Audio.
    • Make sure Prowise Speakers is selected as the output device.
    • Adjust Bass and Treble if the sound is unclear or distorted.
    • Try switching between Default, Movie, or Meeting audio presets.

       

  3. Using an external device (HDMI, USB-C, DisplayPort)?
    • Make sure the sound is not muted on the connected device.
    • On some laptops, set Prowise Display Audio as the default audio output.
