Can’t hear anything from the screen? Follow these quick checks to fix it.
Check the volume
- Press Volume Up on the screen or remote.
- Make sure the screen is not muted (look for 🔇 in the volume indicator).
- Verify sound settings
- Go to Settings → Audio.
- Make sure Prowise Speakers is selected as the output device.
- Adjust Bass and Treble if the sound is unclear or distorted.
Try switching between Default, Movie, or Meeting audio presets.
- Using an external device (HDMI, USB-C, DisplayPort)?
- Make sure the sound is not muted on the connected device.
- On some laptops, set Prowise Display Audio as the default audio output.
