Occasionally, after the update to Central 5.0, there is no touch on the PC module and/or external device.
The touch problem can be solved as follows:
- If the Central side menu is already open: close this menu by clicking on the three dashes.
- If the side menu is closed: open the side menu by clicking on the three dashes and then close it again.
It is also possible to solve this problem by updating the microphone's firmware:
