TSx G2 No touch on the PC module or external device after the Central 5.0 update

Occasionally, after the update to Central 5.0, there is no touch on the PC module and/or external device.

The touch problem can be solved as follows:

  • If the Central side menu is already open: close this menu by clicking on the three dashes.
  • If the side menu is closed: open the side menu by clicking on the three dashes and then close it again.

It is also possible to solve this problem by updating the microphone's firmware:

In Central 6, this problem has been solved
