Reflect: When connecting, the screen briefly goes black and then goes back to Central

Could you check if maybe the reflect app is blocked in the Windows firewall?

Windows10
Click on the Windows logo in the lower left corner.
Click on the cog icon.
Click on 'Update and protect
Click 'Windows security' and then 'Open Windows security'
Click on 'Firewall and network security
Click 'Allow an app through the firewall'
Click on 'Change settings
Look for the app 'nwjs' in the overview and tick Private and Public.
Close with 'OK'
