In order to return your Prowise product safely, it is important to pack it correctly.
But how? Here are a few tips to help you:

Tip 1: Choose a box that is slightly bigger than the product, so there is some space for bubble wrap, foam or scrunched up paper so it cannot slide. Put the lower part of the return label in the box. |

Tip 2: Use reinforced wrapping tape or paper tape to seal the box. Do not use masking tape, cellophane or ropes.. |

Tip 3: Stick the upper part of the return label on the box so it is clearly readable. In case you reuse a box, make sure that any other stickers have been removed or covered. For instance, does the reused box contain outdated address details? Please cross these details out with a black marker to avoid confusion. |
