You can report a defective device to Prowise at the following points:
- In the event of damage to or a non-functioning:
- When one of the ports in the device is blocked (e.g. by a broken headphone plug)
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a separate report must be made for each Prowise device. Each Prowise device that has to be sent in requires a separate report number. They may of course be sent to Prowise together in one package.
Please note: if your personal device is no longer under guarantee, costs will be charged. We will of course always contact you prior to the repair to discuss the costs and to request approval. Read more about the warranty conditions of a device here.
