The ProWrite Ink pen is not working, what should I do now?

Carry out the following steps:

  1. Check whether the battery of the ProWrite Ink pen is sufficiently charged. The LED on the ProWrite Ink pen indicates the status of the battery:
    - Blue: the battery is sufficiently charged.
    - Red: the battery is almost flat. To charge the pen, place it in the charging station on the right-hand side of the screen. It will be fully charged in ±2 hours.
    - Off: the battery is flat. To charge the pen, place it in the charging station on the right-hand side of the screen. It will be fully charged in ±2 hours.
  2. Which OS is used? The ProWrite Ink pen is compatible with Prowise Central and Windows 10. Earlier versions of Windows (Windows 7 and Windows 8) support the ProWrite Ink technology only to a limited extent.
