With the instructions below you can set up the Windows environment so that the sound is played over the speakers of the screen and on any other device connected to the headphone jack of the PC module. In the following way you set up the Windows environment to play sound via a hearing aid and the screen.
- In the Windows environment the following driver must first be installed: https://we.tl/t-3TKXlq4H2e.
- After the installation, go to the Control Panel (press start and type Control Panel).
- Make sure that 'display on' is set to icons (large or small, doesn't matter).
- Choose sound.
- Click on the recording tab.
- Select Stereo Mix and click on properties.
- Click on the Listen tab and make sure it is set as below and click OK:
- Go back to the Playback tab.
- Set the speakers as Standard. You must set the Prowise screen as the Default communication device:
- The Roger select/phonak should now be connected to the headphone jack of the PC module.
- Now the sound comes out of the speakers of the screen and the hearing aid.
