Due to the summer holidays, the opening hours of our customer service have been temporarily adjusted. In weeks 31 and 32, our service team is of course ready to assist you, but we will be operating with changed telephone availability hours.
During these two weeks, we are reachable by phone from 08:00 to 17:00 (instead of our usual hours from 07:00 to 18:00 and on Fridays until 17:30).
If you have an urgent question or report outside these hours, don’t worry! You can always reach us via our online service form or by sending an email. We will respond to your message as soon as possible on the next working day.
