At Prowise, we strive for a safe and reliable service environment. Due to a recent security update in our ticket system (Zendesk), the process for submitting a ticket has changed.
Previously, you could fill in a form on our service page and the ticket would be created immediately. To ensure the security of your data and to prevent spam, Zendesk now requires mandatory email verification for users who are not logged in.
When you now create a ticket on service.prowise.com without being logged in, you will receive an email to confirm your email address. Only after you have clicked the link in the email will the ticket be created and handled by our support team.
Please note: If you do not confirm the email, your request will not reach us. Also always check your junk mail (spam) if you do not see the verification email immediately.
It is important to know that there is a difference between your Prowise account and your account for the service page. These two accounts are separate. If you already have a Service account, please log in first before filling in a form; in that case, the additional email confirmation is not necessary.

This extra step has been implemented by Zendesk to ensure that email addresses are correct and that requests are actually sent by the owner of the email address. This prevents misuse and ensures that our responses always arrive in the right place.
