At present, it is not yet possible to permanently save a static IP address directly on the screen's Android system. This means that a manually set IP address may not be retained.
We understand that this is important in certain network environments. Therefore, we are working on a solution to better support this in Android.
As a temporary solution, we recommend managing the fixed IP address through your own network. This can usually be configured in the router, firewall, or DHCP server by means of a DHCP reservation. In this case, the network administrator associates the MAC address of the screen with a fixed IP address. The screen will then automatically receive the same IP address from the network each time.
We advise contacting your own network administrator or IT department for this. In most cases, they can easily configure this within the existing network environment.
