On the TS Ultra, it can occur that the side menu is automatically "clicked," causing ProNote or the Central home screen to open.
This issue may be caused by electronic ballasts, such as those used in T5/T8 lighting, located near the TS Ultra. We can solve this problem remotely via Teamviewer (provided a Windows PC is connected to the screen and an admin account is available.
As a workaround, you can disable the "Frame Buttons" in the advanced settings of Central:
Afterwards, you can open the side menu by holding the power button for 3 seconds or using 5 fingers on the screen.
