You can easily update Prowise Central for Windows:
Via the automatic notification
When a new version is available, a notification will automatically appear in the Windows environment of the Prowise Touchscreen Max.
- Click on the notification that appears on the screen.
- Confirm that you want to perform the update.
- The installation takes approximately 10 minutes, depending on whether firmware for components needs to be updated. Do not use the screen until the update is fully completed.
Manually checking for updates
Follow these steps if you want to check if you are using the latest version:
- Open the settings menu of Prowise Central.
- Navigate to the “About” option.
- Check which version number is currently installed here.
If a new version is available, the option to install the update immediately will appear here.
