The Casting tab in the Prowise Central settings lets you manage which streaming options are available to mirror personal devices wirelessly.
Supported protocols
- AirPlay (Apple devices)
- Chromecast
- Miracast (Wi-Fi Direct for Windows)
What can you configure?
- Turn AirPlay on or off
- Optional: enable a PIN code for added security
- Turn Chromecast on or off
- Turn Miracast on or off
- Enable or disable the waiting list mode
Stream multiple devices with waiting list mode
Prowise Central supports up to 30 simultaneous streams, regardless of protocol. All active devices are shown in a waiting list UI, which can be displayed on the left or right side of the screen.
- Toggle individual devices on or off in the stream view
- The waiting list UI can be hidden/shown via a small button on the edge of the screen
- If waiting list mode is disabled, each stream opens in a separate movable window on the desktop
