When you connect an external device (like a laptop) to the touchscreen, you'll likely want to show the image as large as possible. To do this, you'll need to maximise the external source window. Only then will you be able to control the device via the touchscreen.
How does it work?
Open the Prowise menu by tapping the Prowise logo or one of the frame buttons on the side of the screen.
Select the correct input source. The external source will now open in a window on your Windows desktop.
Set the input source to full screen by clicking the maximise button in the top right, or by double-tapping the title bar.
Touch functionality is now active. Depending on the input source, you can now operate your external device via the touchscreen.
How do I exit full-screen mode?
Want to switch back to a normal window or change the input source?
Open the Prowise menu again by tapping the Prowise logo or one of the frame buttons.
Tap the ‘full-screen’ button. The full-screen view will return to windowed mode.
