If your device doesn’t show up on the screen, try the steps below to restore the connection.
Check cables and ports
- Make sure the cable is fully inserted into the correct port.
- Try a different cable or port (HDMI, USB-C, DisplayPort).
- For USB-C: Confirm your device supports DisplayPort Alt Mode.
- Select the input manually
- Open the QuickMenu on the screen.
Tap Input and select the correct source (e.g. HDMI 1, USB-C).
- Restart the connection
- Unplug and replug the cable on both ends.
Restart both the screen and your connected device.
Tip: USB-C carries both video and touch. HDMI and DisplayPort need a separate USB cable for touch control.
