Your Prowise personal account allows you to update your profile details, manage security settings, and connect third-party cloud services. This guide will walk you through all available settings and how to modify them.
Access to Account Management

Go to account.prowise.com.

Log in with your Prowise account.

Navigate to My Profile to manage your account settings.
Step-by-Step: Managing Your Personal Account
A. Changing Profile Details
Changing Your Name

Click the edit icon next to your name.

Update your first name, middle name (if applicable), and last name.

Click Save to apply the changes.
Note: If your account is affiliated with an organisation, name changes may be restricted by your administrator.
B. Changing Your Avatar

Click the edit icon next to your avatar.

Upload a new image by selecting Browse.

Click Save to update your avatar.
Note: If your account is affiliated with an organisation, avatar changes may be restricted by your administrator.
C. Changing Your Email Address

Click the edit icon next to your email address.

Enter a new email address and your current password.

Click Next and follow the confirmation steps sent to your new email.
Note: If your account is affiliated with an organisation, email changes may be restricted by your administrator.
D. Changing Your Password

Click the edit icon next to your password.

Enter your current password.

Enter a new password that meets the security requirements.

Confirm the new password and click Save.
E. Managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enhances security by requiring a second form of authentication during login.
Enabling MFA

If MFA is not yet enabled, you can set it up in the Security section.

Click Enable MFA.

Scan the QR code with an authentication app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).

Enter the generated TOTP code to verify setup.

Click Save to activate MFA.
Note: Your organisation may require MFA, and you could be prompted to enable it during sign-in.
Removing MFA

Click Remove authenticator to disable MFA.

Enter the authentication code from your app.

Click OK to confirm.
F. Connecting Third-Party Cloud Services
Your Prowise account supports integration with cloud storage services for file storage and access in applications like Presenter, Teach, and Central.
Adding a Cloud Service

Go to the Cloud Services section.

Click Add and select a provider (Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive).

Follow the authentication prompts to link your account.
Removing a Cloud Service

Click Remove next to the connected cloud service.

Confirm the removal.
