If it is not possible to align the lift the regular way, you could try if it works by following these steps.
1 Remove the cover by pulling it up at the front (with 2 hands)
2 You can now see the interior that is attached with two pins:
3. The two pins can be taken out through the front:
4. Next, you can take out the interior and press the two switches at the same time:
5. The lift should go down after a short while.
6. To reassemble the lift, you put the interior back and make sure the holes for the pins match after which you can put them back in. Then it is possible to click the hood back on.
