If the Prowise MOVE camera is used with the first generation OPS module, the maximum resolution in Windows is 480p. This is due to the internal bandwidth of the OPS module (PW.2.17012.0002).
This OPS module has never been sold with the Prowise Touchscreen, therefore this problem can only occur when a customer has upgraded the screen, but not the OPS module.
