In most cases, you don’t need to do anything: Prowise Teach is usually updated automatically to the latest version. This ensures you are always working with the most recent features and security updates.
Manual updates
If the automatic update does not start immediately, you can update the software manually. The method depends on your Prowise Touchscreen model:
- Prowise Touchscreen Max: You can perform the update directly from within the Prowise Teach app itself. As soon as a new version is available, you will receive a notification in the menu.
- Google EDLA screens (such as the Prowise Touchscreen Ten G4): Updates currently run via the screen's operating system. We are exploring possibilities to handle these updates automatically via the Google Play Store in the future for even greater convenience.
- Other supported models: You can always find and install the latest version of Prowise Teach via the Prowise Appstore on your touchscreen.
