If the Prowise Teach app does not appear on your screen, there are usually two possible reasons:
- You are not using a Prowise touchscreen, but a different brand of interactive whiteboard.
- Your Prowise touchscreen does not support the new software: while we support our screens for as long as possible, the speed and technology of Prowise Teach require a certain level of processing power. Older models sometimes lack the hardware specifications needed to run the software smoothly.
What are the alternatives?
If Prowise Teach is not available on your screen, in many cases you can still use:
- Prowise ProNote: The trusted whiteboard app for quick notes and simple tools.
- Prowise Presenter: You can still log in to Prowise Presenter via the browser on your screen to deliver your lessons.
