At the moment, it may happen that the Prowise touchscreen is switched on but is shown as offline in Screen Control.
An update resolving this issue will be released in early May.
However, this is usually because the screen has been reset and re-registered in Screen Control but has not yet been removed from admin.prowise.com. After starting up the screen, you will briefly see the message ‘Screen Control: ‘Error getting config’. You can resolve this by removing the screen from admin.prowise.com and restarting the screen.
It can also happen that incorrect WiFi details are pushed via Screen Control. On the screen, you will then briefly see the message “Authentication error” after starting the screen.
