If you receive the message “Screen Control: 'Error getting config”, this is probably because the screen has not been removed from admin.prowise.com after it was reset and re-registered.
You can resolve this by removing the screen from Screen Control. When you restart the screen, the settings will be loaded and the screen will reappear in Screen Control.
