Why can't I see the screen when I want to cast?
If you are having problems casting your laptop to the touchscreen, check that the screen and the device you want to cast are on the same VLAN network. This is the case when you want to cast via Airplay, Chromecast, or Reflect.
Miracast creates a Direct Wi-Fi connection, so the above does not apply to Miracast.

Chromebook
- Click on the time in the lower right corner of the screen and then select the gear icon to open Settings.
- Go to Network and then select Wi-Fi or Ethernet, depending on your connection type.
- Click on your active network (the network you are currently connected to).
- Click on Network or the information icon (usually represented by an ‘i’ in a circle) to view the network details.

If both devices are not on the same VLAN, it will not be possible to cast. In that case, contact your network administrator.
