Why Am I Seeing Certain Apps in the Overview?

The Apps Overview only displays applications that are available to your account. The applications you see depend on whether they are free to use, tied to a license, or restricted based on your role within an organization.

How Applications Are Shown

A. Free Applications

  • Some applications, such as MyProwise and Presenter, are free and automatically appear for all users.

  • If an application is widely used and does not require a license, we may include a shortcut to it in your Apps Overview.

B. Licensed Applications

  • Applications like GO and Screen Control require a paid license.

  • If your organization has purchased a license for an app and assigned it to your account, it will appear in the Apps Overview.

  • If you believe you should have access but do not see the application, check with your administrator or contact Prowise Service.

C. Administrator and Partner-Only Applications

  • Some applications, such as Organization Account Management, are only visible if you have an administrator role for your organization.

  • Specific applications may also be available to Prowise partners based on agreements and permissions.

Why an Application Might Be Missing

If you do not see an application in the Apps Overview, it is likely because:

  • You do not have the required license.

  • Your organization has not granted access to that application.

  • The application is restricted to administrators or partners.

If you believe an application is missing by mistake, please contact the Prowise Service Team to verify your access rights.

Summary

The Apps Overview ensures that you only see applications that are available to you. If an app is free or assigned to your account through a license, it will appear. If not, you may need to check your permissions or contact Prowise Service for further assistance.
