What’s new in Screen Control from Central 7?

From Central 7 onwards, the following new features are available in Screen Control:

Rename input channels:
Under the 'General settings' of the device, you can change the name of the input channels. The new names are visible on the Central home screen and in the side menu.

Ability to push web links:
In addition to apps, it is now possible to add a tile with a link to a website. This option can be found under 'Central apps'.

Click the plus sign to add a URL. In the pop-up, you can enter the name and URL.

Statistics on screen usage time (operating hours / burn hours) and IP address (wired/wireless):
When you open a device in Screen Control, you will see the operating hours / burn hours and the screen's IP address in addition to the usual information.

Set audio preset:
Under 'Audio', you can now set the 'Preset'. You can choose from 'Standard', 'Classroom', 'Movie', and 'Meeting'.

Set video preset, Atmosphere, and Night mode:
Under 'Video', you can set the preset, atmosphere, and night mode.

Set standby time after video signal loss (No signal standby time):
Under 'Power Management', you can now set how long the screen should remain on when no signal is received. If this is set to 'Off', the screen will not turn off (provided the 'Event mode' is activated; otherwise, the screen will turn off after 4 hours).

Enable and disable lock mode:
Under 'Security settings', you can now set the code for the lock screen.
