Q: How can i pair the Remote with a screen?
A: Press the back- and OK-button simultaneously and release it after 3 seconds, the
     blue Led will start flashing quickly. After this the message "Magic Remote connection established"       should appear and the remote can be used directly.

Q: I can't get any touch functionality when the Magic Remote is connected to the screen, what do i need to do?
A: When the Magic Remote is paired and the cursor is shown, it is not possible to use touch. If you want to enable touch again you'll have to press the Air Mouse Function Button.

Q: I don't see the Mouse Cursor on screen? 
A: Be sure that the Magic Remote is paired with the screen and check if the Air Mouse Function is enabled.

Q: How many screens can be paired to the Magic Remote?

A: The Magic Remote can be paired to one Touchscreen. It is possible to pair the Magic Remote with a different screen, but the previous pairing will be lost. 

Q: How many Magic Remotes can be paired to a screen?
A: Multiple Magic Remotes can be paired to a screen (No limitation found until now).

Q: What is the maximum Pair Distance?
A: A Magic Remote should be in a range of maximum 50cm of the screen to be paired.

Q: Where is the sensor of the Magic Remote located?
A: The sensor is located on the left side of the screen, near the inputs

Q: The location of the Magic remote arrow seems off; how is this possible?
A: It is possible the arrow/magnifier/Flashlight is not appearing on the screen in the location you would expect it to, this can have multiple causes, but mainly your location to the screen can have effect on this. For the best result, please stand right in front of the touchscreen, within a distance of 10 meter.
