If a player has difficulty remembering his or her password, or if their password becomes known by other players, you can change it in the back-end. Click change password next to the name of the player in the overview to change the players’ password. Players can also change their password themselves if they have a registered email address. I they have done so, due to privacy laws, this password will no longer be visible to teachers and administrators.
Teacher, Parents and/or Administrator Passwords
If you wish to change your own password go to Manage account > Change my password. Here you can enter a new password.
