Factory Reset Procedure Central 3.0

Perform Factory Reset

  • Open the advanced settings from the quick menu
  • Navigate to the “About this device” tab
  • In this tab, tap the current Prowise Central version 20 times (note: this should be done in a time frame of 30 sec.)
  • A popup window will open, which contains a code that has to be entered
  • Enter the given code and click “Reset”
  • The system will perform a Factory reset

  • A popup window will open, which contains a code that has to be entered (note: this code is auto-generated and will be different every time)
  • Enter the given code and press “Reset”
  • The system will perform a Factory reset
